Dr. Ozell Adams brings over 15 years of mental health experience and 13 years of administrative leadership in long-term care facilities. He has successfully guided specialized mental health rehabilitation facilities and group homes through institutional accreditation, policy development, and implementation.

Dr. Ozell Adams brings over 15 years of mental health experience and 13 years of administrative leadership in long-term care facilities. He has successfully guided specialized mental health rehabilitation facilities and group homes through institutional accreditation, policy development, and implementation.

For the past 10 years, Dr. Adams has also served as the owner of The Healing Journey Therapy Services PLLC in Chicago, helping individuals and families move toward healing and personal growth. As a dedicated community advocate and MHMHH leader, Dr. Adams combines clinical knowledge, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for making mental health support accessible, relatable, and rooted in the community.
